一、原理性能和用途
原理性能：是當被控制對象的溫度發生變化時使溫控器感溫部內的工質產生相應的熱脹冷縮的物理現象（工質體積變化），與感溫部連通一起的膜盒產生膨脹或收縮。通過杠桿原理，帶動開關通斷動作，達到恒溫目的。當被控制對象的溫度達到設定安全值時，開關可斷開動作，達到限溫目的，人工手動復位，泄露自動保護。WYH系列液脹式溫控器具有控溫準確，穩定可靠，開停溫差小，控溫調節范圍大，限溫可靠超載電流大，泄露自動保護等性能特點。

用途：主要用于自動開水器、電烤箱、電熱油炸鍋、食品機械、廚房冷柜等控溫用。

Principle of performance andApplication

When the temperature of the controlled object is changed,the inner working

substanceof thermostatsensible bulbproduce a corresponding thermal expansion and contraction physical  phenomenon (theworking substancevolume change), at which connected withthe diaphragm of sensible bulb producesexpansion or contraction.Through the leverage to drive switch on/off action, the purpose is to achieve constant temperature.WYH

三、注意事項：
1、用戶必須根據自己產品的特點，所需控制的溫度，提出訂貨型號和規格。
2、溫控器安裝時，感溫管盡可能整支貼緊被控溫表面，以達到控溫準確的目的。
3、安裝時不可將感溫管壓變形，以免影響其性能。
4、勿使導電氣體或導電物質進入溫控器內或污染溫控器表面以免影響電氣緣性能。
5、安裝支架的M4機絲不要過長，否則會破壞溫控器性能。
6、開關盒是電器陶瓷件要輕拿輕放，避免破壞。
7、毛細管折彎半徑不能小于5mm.

2、其斷開溫度及其特性曲線需依客戶成品與溫控匹配測試而定
3、端子尺寸規格和方向多種多樣，毛細管和護套管長度可隨客戶任意選擇
4、為方便客戶安裝溫控器，溫控器中還可焊接不同的直徑的感溫包
