Cy5-Biotin產品介紹：
Cy5 Biotin can be used to quantitate available biotin-binding sites or the concentration of avidin or streptavidin
Cy5 Biotin is a heterobifunctional reagent containing a biotin moiety and a Cy5 group separated by a long-chain hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer arm. Unlike Biotin-Fluorescein, whose absorbance and emission is strongly pH dependent, optical properties of Cy5-Biotin is completely pH independent
Reproducibility – absorbance and emission spectra of Biotin-Cy5 are pH independent
Solubility – reagent easily dissolve in aqueous buffers
Extended PEG3 Spacer – reduces aggregation, minimizes steric hindrance for affinity-binding to avidin or streptavidin
